C.O.M.B. stands for Consultant On-site for Mastery in Beauty. We provide in-salon consulting, compliance coaching, CE-eligible training, and structured support for salon owners, stylists, and educators.

โ“ Who are your services for?

C.O.M.B. services are built for licensed salon professionals, booth renters, team leaders, and educators who want systems, clarity, and long-term growth. We work with both solo stylists and multi-stylist teams.

โ“ Do you offer CE Hours?

Yes! Through our partnership with B-ty Institute, many of our in-person sessions and virtual CE Hour Boosters are approved for CE credit in North Carolina. Certificates are issued by B-ty Institute following full attendance and successful completion of the approved session.

โ“ How do I book a session?

Visit comb2.com/book-now to select your service, submit your deposit, and complete your intake form. Weโ€™ll follow up within 24โ€“48 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

โ“ Are your services refundable?

All services, including sessions and digital products, are non-refundable. Reschedules are permitted with at least 48 hoursโ€™ notice.

โ“ What happens after I book?

Once you book, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email, a preparation checklist, and an optional pre-session survey to help us customize your visit.

โ“ Whatโ€™s included in my membership?

Depending on your plan, youโ€™ll receive access to CE hours, coaching, digital tools, templates, replays, and our private community forum. See full benefits on the Membership Plans page.

โ“ How do I reschedule an appointment?

Email us at combmysalon@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per booking.

โ“ How do I access my digital downloads?

Log in to your account or use the download link provided in your purchase confirmation email. If you need assistance, contact support@combmysalon.com.

โ“ Can I gift a session or subscription?

Yes! Gift certificates and transferable subscription packages are available for purchase in the C.O.M.B. Store.
